Chevel Collection: Expo City announces brand-new luxury residences

Expo City has announced another band of residences - and here’s all the deets!

We all know how in demand Dubai’s property market has been recently. There’s really nothing slowing down out here, and the best part?

The new Chevel Collection is set to come under the Chevel Maison brand, being the second property of its kind. It will feature 150 different serviced apartments ranging from one and two bedrooms, and is going to open in 2025.

Apart from all the luxurious amenities that your standard serviced apartments offer, you can also expect swimming pools, lounging decks, a gym, and even event spaces to rent out. Two of the suites will also be offered for residents to purchase.

Expo City Dubai is already home to a number of companies, including DP World, Emirates Airline and Siemens Energy - y set to become a vibrant hub for business, innovation, culture and entertainment with the Chevel Collection coming on board.

Situated right next to the renowned Al Wasl Plaza, the development is conveniently located near the city, being 53 km from Dubai International Airport and 20 km from Al Maktoum International Airport.

Best part, Expo City also has its own metro station, giving visitors and residents easy access to various destinations across Dubai.
