DIFC is home to Grassland Daycare & Nursery which caters for children from the ages of 3 months to 4 years old. They charge an hourly rate of AED 35 for a minimum of 5 hours per day. Transport yourself to the Cote De Azure when you dine in Le Petit Mason in Gate Village, DIFC. The restaurant is perfect for a special occasion, a business lunch or a treat. The restaurant is famous across Dubai for its delicious cuisine and trendy atmosphere.

Another firm favourite to enjoy with friends whether you are looking for food or a stylish bar to have a drink is, Zuma. Zuma serves Japanese cuisine and the black cod from the menu is infamous – a must try! DIFC is filled with arts and culture. You can take a wander along the promenade and enjoy sculptures and art from famous international artists or visit one of the many art galleries in the community such as the Tabari Artspace or the Opera Gallery.

Dubai Opera in Downtown is such a treat to enjoy from the outside and, of course, to experience one of the famous shows and artists which take to the stage. The Opera house has been designed in such a way that it can cater to all kinds of performances and events from theatre, to a concert and flat floor events such as weddings and tradeshows.

In Dubai Mall, you can enjoy a heap of entertainment. You can have a skate on the ice rink, scuba dive in the aquarium or watch a movie in Reel Cinemas.

A choithrams supermarket can be found in Gate 4 Building in DIFC. Choithrams stocks an array of Tesco products from the UK along with fresh produce. All groceries can be found here and it is the place to go for a weekly shop. There are also smaller convenience stores such as Plus Point and All-Day Mini Mart which deliver around DIFC.

Gate Avenue is a brand-new shopping center in DIFC which offers residents and visitors an eclectic retail mix. The center runs from The Gate Building down to Central Park Towers for shoppers to enjoy year-round, covered shopping.

Dubai Mall is the world's largest mall and very nearby in Downtown. The mall has a vast selection of shops from fashion and jewelry to furniture shops and a large Waitrose supermarket. Everything you need is all under one roof.
